"A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week. Would definitely consider this property again."

We were rained out a few of the days we booked - which you chance with a North Carolina beach - but the view of the ocean made up for being stuck inside. I also highly advise booking before Memorial Day as the town was busy enough but not slammed with many out-of-towners."

"My husband, dog, and I got away for the weekend just a bit before beach season. We got lucky with great weather! Our favorite eats came from Seaworthy Kitchen & Bar (awesome mac & cheese) and Kate's Pancake house (Sweet Potato Bliss Pancakes omg). We spent a lot of time beaching at Freeman Park and walking the trails at Carolina Beach State Park. Everything seems very family and dog friendly in the area. Probably wouldn't have stayed here if we were traveling without our dog. Overall great place...
