This modern 3-bedroom seaside home is located in the breathtakingly
beautiful Camps Bay and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The
retreat boasts spectacular views from almost every room — whether it’s
the lush greenery, the turquoise ocean, or the magnificent mountain
vistas including the Twelve Apostles and Signal Hill.
Upon entering the property, you’ll be welcomed by a stunning open-plan
layout. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need
for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, washing
machine, and tumble dryer for added convenience. The living area is
thoughtfully furnished with plush seating, an indoor fireplace, a
coffee table, and a flatscreen TV — the perfect setting for relaxation
and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area
features a large table with seating for up to eight people. High-speed
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The home includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms — two of which are
en-suite, with one shared. All bedrooms are fitted with air
conditioning. Two bathrooms feature a bathtub, washbasin, and a toilet,
while the other has a shower, toilet, and basin.
Sliding doors open to an inviting outdoor space where guests can enjoy
a private pool and sun deck with panoramic views of the ocean and
surrounding mountains. The home is ideally located within walking
distance of Camps Bay beach, top-rated restaurants, and scenic hiking
trails, making it the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including all
indoor living areas, decks, and the private pool. Although the house is
one of two units on the property, it offers complete privacy. The
basement parking area is shared with the second unit, but two dedicated
parking bays are reserved for guests.
Respect quiet hours – Please be mindful of noise levels and neighboring units' privacy.
No parties/events – Only registered guests permitted on-site.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 10 Chilworth Rd, Camps Bay, 8005.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
