Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist.
Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance.
Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests.”

“Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected……

“This is, without question, the worst place I have ever booked.
The property is advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is a private home that bears no resemblance to what is being advertised. I felt completely misled.
Getting there is a nightmare. The road is virtually impassable, and unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle or a quad bike, you are likely to struggle just to reach the property. This is not made clear in the listing.
Once we finally arrived, we were met with obvious damp……

“This location was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and Rainha beach. The quality of the bed and linens and the attention to detail was impeccable. it was like being in a protected oasis and Marco and the staff were so sweet and extremely helpful.
