There's heaps to do in Buena, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Pick up a set of wheels and you can explore the greater area at your leisure. Add these awesome destinations to your itinerary:

• Make tracks to Bogotá for a fun-filled sightseeing experience. About 40 miles from Buena, it has numerous cool sights, including Monserrate.
• Next stop? Make it Santa Rosa de Cabal, which is around 80 miles away. Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs is one local draw card you really shouldn't miss.
• Find your way to Medellin Botanical Garden to discover some local nature. Pack a picnic to enjoy or just sit and unwind. From Buena, it's about 150 miles away.
