• You'll find Holy Cross Cathedral and loads more intriguing sights in Lecce. From Centro Storico, it's around 35 miles away.
• Roughly 120 miles away, Bari is also a hit with wanderers. Set aside time to get to Norman-Hohenstaufen Castle while you're here. It's one of the reasons people love staying a while in this vibrant city.
