Car Rental Chengqu District

When you've checked out all of the well-known sights in Chengqu District, there's plenty more to explore in the region. Grab the keys to a rental car, toss your luggage in the trunk and take to the open road. We've come up with some road trips we know you'll love:

• Head to Hong Kong for a fun-filled sightseeing adventure. Roughly 85 miles from Chengqu District, it's home to many cool sights such as Ocean Park.
• Roughly 80 miles away, Kowloon is also a favorite with travelers. Set aside time to get to Harbour City while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love coming to this colorful city.
• Get into the great outdoors and take in the serenity at Wanshi Botanical Garden. You'll find it about 210 miles from Chengqu District.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in China, then you might need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if an IDP is required, it won't be valid on its own. You'll have to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of ID as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some additional requirements for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be at least 25 in many countries to rent a car. If you're younger, it might still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Be sure to read the rules and regulations before you drive away. You typically can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or on off-road areas with your rental car.
