There's loads to do in El Alto, but head farther afield and you'll find more sightseeing magic. Pick up a set of wheels and you can wander around the greater area at your own speed. Add these awesome destinations to your itinerary:

• You'll find Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs and loads of other interesting attractions in Santa Rosa de Cabal. From El Alto, it's 120 miles away.
