Melawai has plenty to keep you busy, but don't restrict yourself to just one place. Book a set of wheels and head off to see what's in the surrounding area. Here are some places to consider:

• You'll discover Braga City Walk and loads more interesting sights in Bandung. From Melawai, it's about 75 miles away.
• Why not enjoy the best of Lembang too? Notable attractions in this happening city include Orchid Forest Cikole. Lembang is approximately 70 miles from Melawai.
• Get into the outdoors and breathe in some fresh air at Pangandaran Public Beach. It's approximately 160 miles from Melawai.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in Indonesia, then it's likely you'll need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car.
