There's heaps to do in Phú Trung, but venture farther afield and you'll find more sightseeing magic. Grab a set of wheels and you can meander around the surrounding region at your own pace. Add these awesome drives to your to-do list:

• Make your way to Phan Thiet for a fun-filled sightseeing adventure. Around 100 miles from Phú Trung, it's home to loads of amazing attractions such as Mui Ne Sand Dunes.
• Your next pit stop? It has to be Can Tho, which is around 80 miles away. Cai Rang Floating Market is one local draw card you shouldn't miss.
• Thap Ba Hot Spring Center is located 200 miles from Phú Trung and is one of the region's most gorgeous nature spots. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the fresh air here.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in Vietnam, then you might need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. You should also be aware that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll need to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of identification as well.
