There's lots on offer in The King's Mile, but venture farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Organize a set of wheels and you can meander around the greater area at your own speed. Add these awesome places to your travel plan:

• Head off to London for an excellent sightseeing adventure. Roughly 55 miles from The King's Mile, it has many great sights such as Big Ben.
• Your next pit stop? Consider Oxford, which is around 110 miles away. Christ Church College is one local draw card you really shouldn't miss.
• Get into the outdoors and breathe in some fresh air at Cheddar Gorge. You'll find it around 170 miles from The King's Mile.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in England, then it's likely you'll need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. It's also important to note that if an IDP is required, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of identification as well.
