“El apartamento es amplio y muy similar a las fotos, colores agradables * Limpieza: 1 tela de araña que había sobre el sofá cama y el extractor de la cocina sucio. Lo demás, correcto * camas: la de matrimonio debe hacer 135x190, con algún “desnivel”. Sábanas bien y 4 almohadas individuales bien. Sofá cama algo incómodo para más de 2 noches. * cocina: horno, lavavajillas, cafetera sin cápsulas, nevera y microondas. Había cuatro platos pequeños y dos grandes, cuatro vasos, cubiertos…. Había jabón……

Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
