Small residence "Les Eiders", 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Carnac Plage, from the sea, 800 m from the beach, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 800 m, supermarket, restaurant 1.3 km, bakery 1.3 km, sandy beach "Légenèse" 800 m. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 7 km, sailing school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Grande plage de Carnac 1 km, la Trinité sur Mer 5 km, Presqu'île de Quiberon 15 km, Auray - Port de St Goustan 20 km, Vannes 30 km, Lorient 60 km. Hiking paths: Golf du Morbihan 25 km.
