7.6/10 Good! (59 reviews)
Overall, this was a perfectly functional room and provided everything we needed. We loved the amount of bathrooms, beach supplies, amenities, balcony, and thoughtful welcome snacks. Our only feedback is that the rooms could have benefited from some upkeep and repair (loose faucets, broken drawers, fridge leaks and freezes, etc). However, these needed repairs did not keep us from enjoying our stay; we had a truly wonderful time and would stay here again!

The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL

"Nice resort for a quick stay in San Juan. Close to the airport which made for easy arrival and departure. Staff was friendly across all areas of the resort. Rooms were clean and bright. Never had any issues with finding a spot at the beach or pool. Beach was beautiful. Elevators could be a bit slow ..."
