GrandStay Residential Suites - Eau Claire
Evening and night desk agent was very poor, poor customer service skills. Morning staff was much better and helpful. Whole facility could use a cleaning or at the very least a good dusting is needed. Air ducts and filters seem to need cleaning. Facility had a smell of a restaurant from India.
