"Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. "We loved this villa and it's surroundings. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is a definite winner. The roads leading to the villa are a little sketchy but as long as you have a decent vehicle you will be fine. Great place to stay if you have a car and are wanting to do day trips."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog. The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden. The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator....

"This space was authentically rustic and very livable. Modern kitchen conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty immediate hot water & pressure. Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights. "We were a group of three adults and six children that stayed in the house for four nights. We loved this great place that is tucked away in the greenery and has stunning views. Mauro, the owner is very friendly and helpfull. There is a pizza oven outdoors and a huge table so many can eat together. The drive up and down was a little hairy the first time but something we got used to fast. We would definately come back to this gem of a house!"

"This property is stunning both inside and out. Truly an oasis in the hills of Tuscany. House is fully stocked and pristine. We had the best time and would highly recommend. One bit of caution is to ensure you take the right road (Via di Monte). Check google maps before you head to the property and make sure you take the right route. "Beautiful setting and great location for visiting sites in Tuscany. As we expected the road up was a little tricky. Coffee maker in smaller apartment did not work but we managed with the other one in the larger apt. WE had a great time and would reccommend it as a great place for family and friends"

Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. We should have arrived at 3pm but due to delays and being rerouted through Rome we did not arrive until 1am. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
