We arrived after 8pm (train wasn’t running, so we had to take multiple buses) & front desk was closed. We called & they had upgraded us to a sister location as our room’s lock had broken; it was ~1 block away. We had a difficult time finding the entrance, but once we did, it was easy. Nice & spacious, great AC, our daughter’s bed ready to go! We were able to do the check in via what’s ap & left the city tax in the room so we didn’t even need to go back to the main hotel. Easy walk to restaurants (one even below our room) & lakeside! Would recommend!

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. The best selection of breakfast buffet and special mention to the kitchen staff and chefs - they made excellent made to order omelets and the best coffees! Will visit again! Highly recommended! Lovely view of Lake Como and Lecco from the top floor. Staff were polite and welcoming. Bus stop was less than 100yards away - with good transport to Lecco station and Bellagio. I went for a room upgrade with a lake view terrace - I didn’t use the terrace as much as I’d hoped as there were insects and mosquitoes there - so bring some repellent with you if you go for that option. Although this is much quieter than Lecco and other larger towns, there is still traffic passing through and plenty of people walking up and down the lake front next to the hotel - so it isn’t silent, there is still some life around you.
