"This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night."

"This was a delightful property furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay and with lovely grounds, splendid views and a good swimming pool. The particular attraction for us was having a property with parking but also within walking distance of the historic town of Todi and its many restaurants and attractions. Adele was a very helpful hostess and there was good communication throughout."

"We never got to meet Monia, as she was away, but her brother, Mauro, took excellent care of us. He met us at the bottom of the hill and escorted us to the house and showed us around. He responded immediately to texts and questions, and gave us wonderful recommendations (we loved touring the olive oil mill that he takes his family's olives to). "If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."
