"Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! Everyone is already asking to do it again next year. Thank you, John and Becky!!!"

"Really loved staying here. Location and outdoor pool was the main draw. We spent evenings in the pool overlooking the gorgeous sunset. The pool table and games inside kept us busy for tons of family fun time. We also used the kitchen which had all the accoutrements to make our meals at home. We were a short 5 minute drive from the Fredericksburg historic district. We also took advantage of the short 25 min drive to Enchanted Rock for hiking. Thoroughly loved this property and the very responsive management team. Outstanding stay."

"The house was very unique. Tucked away in a neighborhood just minutes from town. Would definitely rent again if the house was available. The deck was perfect nights by the fire. My wife and I enjoyed drinking coffee each morning from the balcony. Just a nice relaxing getaway."
