"We travel with a dog and request a first floor room which they have accommodated us with. Checkin is very easy . I love that the room has no carpet because it makes the room feel cleaner. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is a nice size. The refrigerator is a good size but lacks a freezer section. We travel with ice packs for the cooler and would like to be able to refreeze them. There is a good area to walk the dog behind the fence by Walmart or around the property too. The breakfast offers a variety of selections. The hotel is in a great location to access many attractions in the Fredericksburg area. We have stayed twice while visiting Fredericksburg and will stay again the next time we visit."

"This was a great budget Inn that was right in town. Perfect for a night or two! Beds weren’t the comfiest but not horrible. Room and bathroom were super clean. Staff was super friendly"

"Out of all my business trips, this was easily the most enjoyable location. Situated right on a lake, it was like my own little slice of paradise. Despite the work being done on the hotel during my stay, the staff was very helpful in getting me to my room to be nice and comfortable. I have absolutely zero complaints. "
