It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 250 m from the sandy beach, 16 km from Peralada golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. The apartment is situated in an area ideal for families and close to shops and restaurants.



The accommodation includes a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the property, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 2 fans, television and satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French).

Me gusta su ubicación, que haya aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y que el lavabo y el balcón fuera muy amplio. Además tenía lavavajillas y el equipamiento de la cocina. El acceso a la portería ( la portería estaba siempre abierta y aunque arreglaron la cerradura el portero automático no funcionaba y la puerta siempre quedaba abierta). Otra cosa es que el apartamento estaba limpio menos el comedor no estaba barrido y la ventana del lavabo con mucha cal . De todas formas nos ha gustado el apartamento y repetiremos, si es posible
