This was a great room to stay in, the bathroom had no issues in usage, the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and I was able to get good sleep at night as the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also helpful in resolving any issues and Christian gave me a wonderful introduction to the hotel and Rome as a whole. He was also helpful when organising check out as he gave me instructions for reaching the coach station to get to the airport. The air conditioning was also good, but rather old fashioned. Although it did cool down the room, I found I needed to put it to the maximum setting and on hotter days it would take 10 minutes or so for the room to cool down. It was also rather loud which meant I couldn't use it at night. There also were some language barriers at times between myself and the staff, which made it harder to communicate certain issues I was having. In addition, it would have been helpful if the bins were emptied daily as well when the daily clean happened. However, these are all minor issues and my stay was very good as a whole, and I would recommend this hotel to others. Ideal distance to a lot of Roman landmarks, in particular the Colosseum which was only a 10-15 minute walk! Also super close to metro and bus stops which made travelling across the city very efficient!
