The staff does not speak proper English and there was no support in contacting the reception. The rest was okay. Especially good was the location next to a shopping center; however, there was an issue with commuting by public transportation.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally quiet, and the room was a great size—very spacious, bright, and comfortable. Everything was clean, and I especially loved the beautiful décor and the natural light in the room. Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing.
The only downside was the check-in process. There was no staff member available for check-in, which can make access difficult, especially for guests who do not have mobile internet or a data connection.
Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
