"Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande.
Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing.
Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony. "

"The worst possible experience. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. The hotel is not safe for life. Be careful. This hotel should be removed from Expedia. I am very disappointed with the company⊠after so many years of being a regular customer⊠I am very concerned about the types of hotels that make contracts with Expedia. This experience put our lives in danger.
We arrived around 9 PM. The hotel manager said that he had sold the room. He did not know there was a reservation through Expedia. He did not apologize and told us to leave the hotel. My husband asked him to find us a room somewhere else. He pretended to make a phone call and then told us to follow by car one of his employees, who would escort us on a motorcycle. My husband followed him by car⊠he took us up on a hill and then said he didnât know the hotel he was taking us to. My husband stopped⊠and the person threatened him. After this, I called the police."

"Not only was the homemade breakfast delicious the staff/family were amazing in helping me when I got sick! Helped book me an appointment and even gave me medicine to help until I was seen! They are good people and I highly recommend them! Will be back to visit and stay again!"
