Overall it was good for families. Staff was nice and responsive. We loved the pool and it was perfect for little kids. Tons of fun there. The size of room was good and appreciated the full kitchen and washer dryer. Ample parking as well. Some cons: The sofa bed was in rough shape, but king size bed in bedroom was nice. Rooms (bathrooms in particular) and hallways were dated, but were still in good shape. Outdoor carpet on balcony could use replacing. Not sure the $20 USD resort fee per day was really worth it - especially since a lot of free activities were cancelled while there, or were really limited. Then other activities cost more. So we really just got pool towels and the games rooms as part of the fee? There is no real restaurant and the little pool bar/order window seemed to always be closing early. So you definitely need to plan for groceries (Target and Trader Joe’s nearby drive) or meals out elsewhere. Area outside of the resort not so nice, but if you stay on property or drive out to Palm Springs you’re fine. Overall we had nice time and would say for the cost (with the exception of the daily resort fee) it was worth it.

Found it difficult to get a lounger around the pool. People would go down at 7am and put towels on chairs and sometimes not show up until the afternoon. This was very frustrating

We had an issue with bedbugs, notified & showed it to the staff, they sprayed our room about 3 hrs later. I felt it could have been dealt with in a more timely manner & the staff seemed casual about it…”this happens in the desert, we get alot of various bugs”. We asked for some compensation but were told they’d talk to the manager, we tried to talk to the manager but were told more than once they weren’t available.

Third time is a charm! We will definitely be back. Nice improvements since last time we visited in Jan 2020. We thoroughly enjoy this place and everything about it. Looking forward to next time. The nearby by Cathedral Canyon Golf is handy and very reasonably priced (but needs some love).

Older but in good condition, suite had kitchen as well as washer dryer. Pool area was very nice with a great little Margarita and snack bar. Very nicely priced even though Coachella was on!

We enjoyed the property and will return, the only thing was the bbq was filthy and nothing to clean it with, no tools, also the flooring in kitchen was lifting up in several spots and was a hazard with bare feet, some dirty utensils in kitchen and floors need a good wash, our feet were black from walking on floor

This property is very dated. I THOUGHT I knew what I’m getting with Hyatt, and up until this point would always choose Hyatt if it is an option but this is not on the level of a Hyatt by any means. It’s nearly impossible to reach someone at the front desk over the phone.

But safe anyone can come in the facility if they even don’t belong there. Doors to enter the building where our rooms are, not secure. Out dated and room dirty, only once did house keeping why too much $$$ for what we received.

We were very disappointed by the Hyatt’s response to needing to shorten our stay due to my father’s imminent death and needing to return home. The airline and car rental company were awesome arranging flights home and only paying for the days of the rental. The resort was not willing to accommodate at all and charged us the full amount….during our couple day stay our villa was never cleaned, it was dated, and the planes constantly fly over the property.

This property is really a little gem. The staff was absolutely stellar. The reality was clean. The pool area is small but ample given the size of the report. We really liked it's proximity to everything. I would stay here again.

Very clean and quiet property. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was quite good. The location is next to a tennis/golf club, which was nice for activities, although the golf course was not that great. Things that could be improved: pillows were terrible, as was the shower head.

No restaurants on the property or within walking distance. Should warm guests prior to arrival that they really need a car if they are going to stay here. Disappointed that rooms are not fully serviced each day. This place is overpriced for what is offered and the location.

The property is very quiet and well maintained. The full kitchen was nice to have for our week long stay. We did have some housekeeping every other day which I was not expecting. There are plenty of pool towels and loungers available. This property really caters to the retired, empty-nesters who like quiet. There is no night club or pool entertainment team. Just total RnR. Access to everywhere from the hotel was great. Lots of excellent restaurants, hiking and shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again!
