“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

It was physically clean, however the host was using a plethora of auto air fresheners to mask residual odors which bothered those with chemical sensitivity. Kitchen was sub par as far as cooking/dining equipment, which is fine if you're eating out and don't plan to cook/reheat food. “Stayed here for the week. My son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was incredibly convenient. The only downside which is out of the control of the host is that the bedrooms both have skylights and it starts getting light here well before 6 AM during the summer.”
