This villa is located on a private estate near La Croix-Valmer in a quiet, green setting with stunning views from the Corniche des Maures to Cap Lardier. The two-level house accommodates families or friends, with living rooms and two bedrooms on the terrace level and the remaining bedrooms on the garden level. The terrace level features a summer lounge, large terrace with built-in barbecue, dining area for 12, renovated kitchen (2020) with modern appliances, living room with fireplace, TV, Yamaha Clavinova piano, books, games, and WiFi. Bedrooms include doubles (160x200 cm, separable) and a dormitory for six, with bathrooms and independent toilets. Laundry facilities are available. The 10x4 m swimming pool (roller shutter, open 1/05–30/09) is surrounded by sunbeds and furniture. Guests can enjoy the boulodrome and parking for 2–3 cars via electric gate. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is nearby with beaches, marina, shops, restaurants, water sports, and easy access to the Massif des Maures for hiking and cycling. Animals are not allowed; youth or student groups under 30 and parties are prohibited. A utilities & service fee of EUR 350,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
