The first receptionist was terrible , she doesn’t care about guest comfort. The family rooms are in a second building and has to use stairs, this is a wrong advertising. Until we Getz back from the tours like 6pm, Aa new receptionist gave us 2 single room with elevator and we could have a nice stay. Unless you have no heavy bags this hotel woth it, they don’t have porter

Nice Hotel prices are reasonable for the location Lots of nice features in the room Access to trains and metro super easy Needs: newer towels and better lighting in bathroom area, rather dim. Aside from that, Excellent

We loved our stay at the Hoxton. Booked a roomy corner- amazing views and very fun, cool design. Breakfast was delicious and bars were nice in evening (go to rooftop bar for fab views) Easy to walk to Grand Place etc. A great stay!
