This is a newly turned over 18.69 sqm studio unit that is located at the 18th floor of this building.

Make yourself at home as you will have the entire space. This unit is equipped with cooking materials where you can prepare for your food and utensils are also provided.

You can enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies as you have free access to Netflix & Disney +. We also offer a high-speed internet connection together with a landline for you to use during your stay.

We have a cozy and comfy beds that consists of a queen bed and a couch where we can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons that can sleep comfortably and peacefully.

If a hot shower is what your body craves then we got you covered. Our hot shower has a led indicator that shows the actual temperature of the water. Just be careful because it might be too hot to handle.

Stop wiping your butt, try using our bidet. Consider your hole life changed.

You have all you need as we also have a commercial space at the Persimmon Plus where there are establishments like 7-Eleven, 360 Pharmacy, Pan de Manila and more.

Wash, Dry & Fold. No time? No Problem! Laundry shop is available.

Are you looking for parking? You can park right in front of the condo, where the first two hours are free and subsequent hours are 50 pesos per hour. We also have overnight parking for 300 pesos, but it is subject to availability.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property was rather small and cramped. Bathroom was terrible. Tap bathroom sink was a dribble. Mould in shower, toilet seat broken. Tap in kitchen sink broken. No mirror in bathroom. Stains on couch. TV unusable, nothing on TV was for free. Property really needs basic maintenance. Wouldn't stay there again even if half the price. Glad when two days was up. Very disappointing.
