Hair in shower. Tv did not work. Reported it. Did not fix it. Hair dryer sounds like it would electrocute me. No front desk attendant to be found anytime of day. Out of coffee. Out of creamer. Vending machines broken

This is a transient hotel. Not a hotel for travelers to spend the night. The police even showed up 10 minutes after I arrived for an incident in the hotel. I did not even stay at this location and my efforts with Expedia to get a refund met with negative results. Expedia gets a zero rating also.

This is the scariest place i have visited in a long time. I do not recommend. Do not take children here it is not safe. There are people strung out in the lobby. Drain flies in the lobby restroom that have the worst smell in the world. I didnt not end up staying here i walked in and saw what was happening around and walked out. You better off saving your money. There is no one there to check you in. I later found out its virtual, but its not explained well or made clear. You cant even get into to thr hotel lobby wothout a passcode. Or a resident lets you in. Do not stay here, it is not safe, clean or as advertised.

Had a reservation and was unable to properly check in as I never received a room number or door code to access my room. There is no attendant on duty at the front desk and the phone number provided went to a voicemail that never called back. After 30 minutes we left and booked a different hotel night of.

This is a hard review to give. For what I paid, it was totally worth it. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It’s nice to have an option to stay somewhere for less than $100 if all you intend to do is sleep and take a shower. There are no other amenities. But that was fine for the price. However if you are traveling with kids, I wouldn’t stay here. My daughter and I had to listen to neighbors have loud sex at 3pm. It was enough to make me question if we should check out and go elsewhere. But, we left for the evening and when we came back it was pretty quiet. But as I suspected it got loud again at 1-2 in the morning. (Luckily, my daughter slept through the 2am session the neighbors had.) Also, it’s not technically a smoke free facility. The hallway to our room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were signs everywhere saying you would be charged $300 for smoking in the hallway. Clearly that wasn’t enforced. This hotel is best for young people looking to crash after a night of partying.

My last stay at this property was incredible! It was not the same experience this time around. There were noisy people in the hall...they sounded like they were arguing. They also had a large dog with them that had a very loud bark.

Check in was horrible, room information was written on scratch paper. When we got to the room it appeared clean. Went in to the bathroom and discovered a black moldy toilet and brown water coming out of the faucet. We contacted for a refund and it was declined,

I like the fact that its a very big spacious hotel and the owners are very responsive to your needs. And they arent afraid to work! They clean rooms and public areas everyday! The rooms are clean and smell good. Staff is friendly and they make you feel right at home always. I highly reccomend staying with them love it im still here and its very affordable. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE STAFF AT KITEVILLE, THANK YOU KINDLY FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY.

Easy self check in. Be sure to read the message they send since it contains door and wifi codes. Very nice accommodations for the price. TV had roku so I could watch my youtubetv and netflix and prime if I desired. TV was top quality. bathroom was well supplied with Dove soap (a favorite) and my wife would have loved the lighted mirror (3 variations) with magnified round mirror inset, had she been here. Coffee machine worked well and I liked that they also supplied decaf coffee and decaf tea. Refirgerator and microwave worked fine. Microwave was simple to operate (unlike some where I've stayed). Heater was very good and easy to adjust. Nice that they also supplied a safe for valuables. Overall I was delighted with my stay.

I am very pleased with my stay. It smells good in the place its very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. You have many choices of restaurant's within walking and driving distance along with convenient stations that are open 24/7. Highly recommended.

This hotel had some new upgrades done to it but it didnt hide the lack of cleaning that was done. Carpet wasnt vacuumed, bathtub wasnt wiped down but those things wouldn't stop me from staying there again. My room door was wide open upon getting there and they had the heat up to 76. Its a minimalist hotel and so they dont make your room up everyday, have a swimming pool, workout facility but its not far from restaurants, stores or the interstate.

Booking with Expedia was a breeze. The property was concerning from the outside because it was just taken over. It used to be a Ramada, so it’s somewhat unmarked - all I have to say is don’t judge a book by its cover. The lobby - beeeeeutiful. Vending machine offers plenty of drink and snack options. The staff in the lobby are extremely friendly and helpful in any way you need. The rooms are absolutely incredible. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. All of the amenities you could ask for for a short overnight stay. They make up for the pool being closed and food being unavailable in the mornings (on a permanent basis) by pouring their efforts into their room related amenities. All I have to say is I will be very disappointed if this hotel is not here when we come down again. Visiting the area for a family related funeral two days before Christmas has been nothing short of heartbreaking, however, not having to worry about our hotel makes things a whole lot less stressful. The only possible complaint I could have about this property is the trash cans are full outside. Otherwise, 10/10.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights durning those 3 nights we couldn’t use the tv cuz it didn’t work there were people outside then building doing drugs mind u I had my 16 year old son with me and then all night some lady sat outside and blared the horn they have no food at alll not even a vending machine the pool is filled but they wouldn’t let us swim then when I voiced these concerns Budo told me to leave his property and not to b in his parking lot I was so confused at what just happened because I say something and then denied my refund saying I am a liar an the guy that runs it durning the day emu told me 11 am was check out and I could no longer stay at his property and then since I called Expedia he wrote me again threatening to call the police the whole time i stayed there we were respectful didn’t smoke in the room we told them about doobie we didn’t think we did anything but he said I am on private property trespassing. All I asked for was for my refund for those days because I had to leave and I was planning on the whole month like Budo and I talked about and then when I say anything I am a liar and I will have the police come escort u out it was just myself my 16 son and my dog and this man Budo kicked us out when it was pouring down rain Expedia even said they were making sure to note all this in the computer when I asked what I lied about I got no response so I packed us all up mind u my son is sick that’s why he didn’t go to school today and he had a fever
