The walls are thin, I could hear the neighboring visitors very clearly. Especially their kids! 12-2 am and then 8-10 am the kids were screaming and running around, jumping and hollering. I am a mother but never have I experienced a hotel allow this to happen so late at night. The receptionist also is not welcoming at all and is never at the front desk.

Excellent place to stay -
When I walked through the doors, everything was in new condition and it smelled so clean which is always important, but especially so now with Covid. I plan to stay there again on my next business trip!

Very friendly and everything was clean! We have our dog baby with us and it is very dog friendly. Close to restaurants and stores as well.

There was a smell of chlorine in the room, possibly due to a disinfectant. Walls were thin, could hear people in the hallway very loud. Due to COVID19, the pool, fitness facility were closed, and the breakfast was just a bag with a couple granola bars, fruit, and water. It didn't do much for a breakfast substitution. Overall the place was OK and I would stay again. Note, it didn't seem like masks were required. No guest were wearing them, only the staff.

The hotel was great as usual. The only place I will stay when I'm in the area. Murad is and excellent host and made us feel like family. He is tops. He should train all hotel employees.

The rooms are a bit smaller than average. The beds are not comfortable and don’t get me started on the bedsheets and comforter. Absolute nightmare in terms of comfort. I probably got 4 hours of sleep. My wife and two kids complained about the same thing. We won’t be back to this one.

The parking arraignment is a little odd as it is shared with a nearby company. There are no parking/ tow away signs all over the parking area limiting the motel guest parking

During the weekend guests can park anywhere they wish to park due to offices being closed.

Manager of the hotel is the awesome!
The hotel was fine. What made the stay amazing was the managers outstanding customer care. He went above and beyond. Extremely polite and acomodating. I wish there were more people like him in customer service!

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Our shower control was installed backwards so the cold was actually the hot but that is better than not having hot water. Ceilings are tall so it makes the room seem larger. Area is quiet and the small refrigerator and microwave are always nice to have.

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the prospect baseball fields. It was near shopping and restaurants. The hotel appeared to be remodeled. Our room was ok - beds were a little hard. Carpets were a little stained but overall was decent. We had to check out early and the manager was understanding about it.

Easy to find & in a good area of town. Close to the Iowa Sports Complex. Very clean. Allowed us to check in early without calling ahead. Only dislike were the beds: too hard.

Bathrooms are way to small unless a person is about 4 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. The toilet seat is about 1 foot off the floor. It reminded me of how people in third world countries have to squat in a hole to go to the bathroom. The sink area is way to confined. There isn't much room to place personal items. Did not appreciate the barking dogs at night in other people's rooms.

The front desk guy was super nice! Room and hotel were nice looking. Only thing is bed was not comfortable and their were ants in the bathroom. I would come back though! Hopefully once covid is over!

Kyle, We really appreciate your recent stay and greatly value your feedback. I do need to point out due to the weather in this area, it has been raining a lot, some of the bugs have been coming inside. We have been having our chef engineer spray for them on top of our regular pest control company. I am sorry that this unfortunate incident happened. I will do everything I can to make sure this does not happen in the future. I also will be forwarding your comments regarding uncomfortable bed to corporate as they are the ones who choose the hotel mattress.
