"This hotel was nice and strategically located one. Short distances to the historical places including Mount Nemrut. We enjoyed our stay even though it needs a little touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served good quality typical Turkish Breakfast. We will certainly consider to stay here when we visit the area next time. "

"This place is a dumpster. The guy in reception is a huge douche bag and a bit psyco. We got there and first impresion really dirty. We were tired asked for our rooms and he greet us with a smile. I said we have reservations, they were 2 rooms. He said but is 3 of you and only 1 reservation. His tone changed, he was very aggressive. We told him we have 2 rooms but he didnt want to check. Fortunately one of us had good internet and we were able to show that we had reserve 2 rooms. Then he said only one room ready. He made us wait. We have booked 2 bedrooms, each of one with a double bed. He gave us a room with a double bed and a room with 2 singles. The sink was broken, the shower didnt work, the whole thing was dirty, smelly pillows. We open the fridge and it smell like rotten. I couldnt sleep. I keep thinking bugs were crawling over me.
In the morning trying to shower the water was cold and then it leak through the shower into the bedroom.
Internet didnt work, the courtains let the street light in, there was noise all night and cigarrete smell all over the building.
This place is not a good partner for hotels.com
I would recommend to everyone thinking about staying here to avoid it. I am not picky and I had travel through lots of places and use all types of accomodations. This place would be the one I will never forget for being the worst I have ever stayed.

"My friend and I were bowled over by this stunning, brand new hotel in the tiny village in Karadut. Only a few weeks old (October 2025) it was like a mansion. No expense spared with high quality fixtures and decor. The most comfortable beds and pillows, very spacious, spotlessly clean. Fabulous shower room. Fridge with 2 bottles of water, kettle, coffee sachets and tea bags. Hair dryer in bathroom. Incredible views to mountain. Air conditioning/Heating, TV, elevator. Dedeü (?) picked us up at Narince off the bus from Sivercek. Drove us to hotel. We had lunch of Menemen, salad, bread, water, tea. He then took us on a tour of the sites in the area for several hours. Had a lovely home cooked dinner and early night. At 5am we left in the minibus to the visitor centre at Nemrüt Dağı. Hiked up to mountain top. WOW!
Drove us back to hotel for a lovely breakfast. Drove us to Adiyaman after breakfast. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Wonderful accommodation in a spectacular setting run by polite, smiling staff. Please keep it that way. "

"A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here. "
"We stayed for two nights the last days of October to visit Mt Nemrut and the surrounding area. We wanted to stay near the mountain and this hotel is perfect for that. It is a family run hotel, but I think as they might not be very prepared for hotels.com tourism. For example, they are very nice, but there was no heat in the common breakfast room, and no hot water in the rooms. We asked about hot water and they said they would look at it, when we came back from our tour we asked again and they said it was working. It was barely luke warm. We asked other guests staying there in case it was just our room, but they had the same experience. So overall- nice people, great location, be prepared for quick cold showers. "
