"Great location to restaurants in downtown Little Rock. Being pet friendly was a huge plus! Space for our small dog to walk and potty. Older home with historic charm. The 2 upstairs beds require you to walk through one to get to the other which worked out for our toddler but might be awkward for other guests. Great communication with owner and easy checkin and access etc."

"My group and I had an A+ experience staying in this home. Every aspect of The Brown Stone Cottage was what you want in a VRBO experience. Extremely clean and well-maintained property. "We rented the cottage for the solar eclipse, over a year ago, and it was the perfect place to watch it. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the cottage was so nice! The pictures really did not capture how nice it was. Upon entering, there was a cute mud room with a washer & dryer which leads into the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed to make a meal. The pans were nice and not falling apart like you see in some rentals, as were the other cooking...
