What I liked was that when I came to check in the check in Lady checked me in right away, this is something I can give you five stars on. But what really thought was not up to Hotel standards was that the refrigerator you had in our room was frosted up with NO FREEZER DOOR ON IT. ALSO THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE UNIT, THESE TWO THINGS SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT IN ALL HOTELS, ( HOW ARE PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN YOUR FACILITIES SUPPOSED TO RE- HEAT THERE FOOD WITHOUT THIS BASIC NEED ) ALSO YOU SHOULD HAVE AN ICE MACHINE ON EVERY FLOOR, AS WELL AS VENDING MACHINES TO ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN TRAVELING & ARE VERY TIRED & DON'T WANT TO GO DOWN TO THE FIRST FLOOR TO GET A SNACK OR A COLD DRINK. PLEASE REMEDY THIS PROBLEM.

The entire building looked like it was abandoned. No signage in the building. The entire first floor was under construction. Can’t use the exits anywhere except the front entrance. No parking out front because it is roped off for the workers to do their work of painting in the building. There are no doors on the back of the building where we are all forced to park, in between construction trucks and dumpsters. Tried to use the laundry room and there were clothes in the washer that were done and the dryer that were done. Had been in there for a while. Only one washer and one dryer. $4 to wash. $4 to dry. I took the clothes out of the washer to wash my clothes. Then came back when the clothes were done. Placed my clothes in the dryer that was still sitting there with clothes in it from someone else. Took the clothes out and placed them on the counter. Placed my clothes in the dryer. Again. No one around for over an hour. Came back down when the dryer was scheduled to be done and my clothes were on the counter and the clothes that had been sitting down there were in the dryer. Went to the front desk. It was the clothes form construction workers who are staying on site and were not monitoring their clothes in the one washer for the whole facility. Got my money back from the front desk for my dryer. But under no circumstances, ever come here! It is horrible! Gym was closed as well! Nothing being done in the gym. Just working down the hall so it was blocked off

Yeah but you have a point and you have a reason for that to happen and

The rooms were extremely clean, and I appreciated the tile floors in rooms over carpet. We had complete control over the thermostat, which was nice. The hotel was in walking distance to Hook & Lime, Bobo’s, and Rocco’s pizza, which were great restaurants. Breakfast was very meh. I would not spend extra for it honestly. Day 2 of 3 the breakfast left us feeling sick to our stomach. Weekends they do a buffet style and weekdays they do sit down style. The food was better on weekdays sitting down. Breakfast staff could kind of be snappy too when you first arrived.

We couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. Check in is 3pm. We were told they were sold out the night before and short staffed in cleaning dept. Jasmine was nice enough to let us use the pool until our room was ready. That's the only thing that eased over the situation. The air conditioner in our room made a weird annoying noise but we weren't going to complain due to how long it took us to get our room. It was a sad situation knowing we asked for a specific room that was offered and evidently that must of been the only room in the whole hotel. We really enjoy their pool and breakfast.. the main reasons for choosing this hotel again.
