The jungle activities, including safaris and nature walks, were thrilling and well-organized, giving us a chance to witness incredible wildlife up close. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after an adventurous day. An unforgettable post-trek retreat—beautiful design, serene atmosphere, and exceptional service My husband and I stayed at Dorje’s for three nights after completing the Annapurna Circuit, and it was the best decision we made on our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt deeply cared for—greeted at the Pokhara airport, welcomed with a refreshing drink, and allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated after days on the trail. The property is stunning, with thoughtful architecture and interior design throughout. Nearly every spot on the grounds offers a beautiful lake view, and the rooms are filled with intentional, high-quality touches. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. We indulged in spa treatments that included access to the steam room and sauna before our massages—an incredibly relaxing experience. Since we were there at the end of May (the beginning of monsoon season), the property was especially peaceful, and we often had the pool entirely to ourselves. The staff mentioned that it gets much livelier around September and October. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dorje himself and hearing his inspiring story of building the resort after years in the restaurant business. His hospitality ethos is clear in every detail—from the delicious, fresh food at the on-site restaurant (we happily ate most meals there) to the genuinely kind, attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional.

Fantastic hotel! Great food, staff were superb, very clean, housekeeping was one of the best parts, she was wonderful! Food was also good with a nice clean pool and comfortable grounds. Good central location.

Our group of 7 students and faculty from my college had an incredible stay at Kasara Resort in Chitwan National Park. From airport transfers to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Rooms were comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive. The food at the on-site restaurant was a highlight. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, and the servers were courteous and professional, enhancing every dining experience. We also enjoyed two game drives, both of which were outstanding. A special thank you to our dedicated naturalist, Sujan. His knowledge of the flora and fauna of Nepal was impressive, and he took time to educate and inspire our entire group. He made the wildlife experience truly memorable. The resort staff even helped us check in and secure boarding passes at the airport—just one more example of their incredible service. Kasara exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan, especially academic or student groups.
