The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

“Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!”

“It was a wonderful experience. The house is amazing and provides for every need and want. We had 13 family members from 8 years of age up to retirement and it was comfortable for all. We all loved the pool, the game room and spacious living areas, as well as having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. It was perfect for our family reunion. ”
