The Perfect Getaway!
Rented this absolutely adorable home as overflow for our large family gathering over the 4th of July. It had everything we needed and more. Host was very welcoming and quick to answer any questions asked. Great back porch for morning coffee and a lovely view of the cove. Only a short drive to groceries, gas, restaurants & Entertainment. LOVE LKN! Will definitely keep this VRBO rental in my history for our next family gathering.

Responsive Owners, beautiful property
Wonderful and beautiful property. Owners were helpful and responsive. Only major hiccup was that the description of the bunk bed room was a little unclear, leading us to the idea that there were 2 bunk beds in the room ( or 4 mattresses) instead of 1 bunk bed where each level was a double bed. For adults (who don't particularly want to share a bed with another adult), this was confusing. I think clarification on this would be helpful. Also, while the kitchen is amazing ( we all swooned over that fridge!!), the stove is a little challenging. The owners obviously try to help with giving clear direction, and it isnt their fault... it is just a more sensitive induction stove than I've used before. Lastly, i would recommend getting a large stock pot that is induction-compatible for the house. With a house that can sleep 12, you are likely feeding a crowd, but none of the available pots were large enough to make pasta for 12, so we needed to use 2 pots for a meal ( and you have that wonderful spigot over the stove just waiting to fill a super big pot of water *grin*). All of that said, it was a wonderful stay and a beautiful home with very sweet and helpful owners.

A wonderful ladies getaway for mothers & daughters
Our family found this property to be quite beautiful, serene, and elegant for our ladies getaway reunion. We had so much fun in this beautiful house with just the right amount of space for all of us. A beautiful home on Lake Norman!
My group of friends, who were all attending a wedding together, stayed in this home for a weekend. The home was in an amazing location, less than ten minutes from the golf club/wedding venue, and with a view of the lake! The home was well kept, clean, and spacious. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, too. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Lake Norman!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The owners Michelle and Richard are wonderful communicators and made sure the house is prepared for everything you need! We had a big group and the house had enough towels, pillows, silverware, seating area, fridge room, and things to do for everyone! Also beds were super comfy which can be a hit or miss with VRBO. The house is in a great area and I will 100% book again the next time my family and I want to visit Lake Norman😊

Weekend Getaway FOCUS Organization
The property was nice and clean. Plenty of space and lots of activity to do on the outside if interested. The neighborhood is quiet, comfortable and a definite feeling of security. There were TV's all over the house with at 2 or more remotes, but no instructions on how to operate them. The deck was really nice, but no where to get any shade. Probably would have spent a little more time outside on the deck if there would have been something to block the sun. The view of the lake from the inside and out was just precious.
