Located on a quiet, kid-friendly private drive, this cozy cottage sits on 185 feet of shoreline with vast open-water views and a 120-foot pier in deep water—perfect for docking your boat, taking a swim, or simply soaking up the serenity.

Inside, the home offers about 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space, ideal for up to four adults and two kids. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest suite includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk setup, perfect for little ones.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and raised bar seating that makes it a hub for both cooking and conversation. The open floor plan flows into a relaxed living area, where a leather sectional and a 55" smart TV create the perfect spot to unwind.

Beautiful wide lake view!

We loved it here! Although it looks like an old brown house from the outside in a very upscale neighborhood, the inside has been totally renovated. We especially liked the wall of windows looking out over the lake and enjoyed many sunrises. The updated kitchen was well supplied and had lots of counter space.

Quiet lake retreat

My husband and I were in town to figure out where we would like to buy when we move to the area. The house was perfect to relax in and enjoy the lake views. We even took the kayaks out to explore the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property with Fantastic Views

Great property for a visit to Lake Norman. Views of the lake are peaceful and picturesque. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. Easy to explore the region from this location. Quick trips to great restaurants, winery, and waterfront fun. Site representatives are accurate and the rental process was easy. We would stay here again!

Lake Norman

We had a great week at the house on the lake! Our son fished off the dock and we used the kayaks daily. Great location, house was well stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen. There was even a closet with games and a bookshelf with lots of books.

The perfect view

Very relaxing and clean. Nice and safe community. House had everything we needed and exactly as pictured. Property management very responsive and helpful, even after hours! There is a step up and step down in the floor level that can be tricky if not remembered when getting access to the 2nd refrigerator (which was super handy). We enjoyed our stay greatly!

Exactly as shown. We were happy with the well stocked kitchen, because we cooked in most days we were there. Furnishings are very nice. Neighborhood is secluded and quiet. It was a perfect place for me and my husband. Sarabeth was great to deal with. One of the best places we have stayed on LKN. We are already planning our next visit.

Lake Vaca

Had a great stay! Had everything we needed for our gang. We enjoyed the view and a lot of time spent on the water. The neighborhood was very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The interior was clean and updated. We were a little disappointed that the exterior did not match the interior. The kayaks would have been fun but they were so dirty and full of spiders. These were minor issues only.

Wonderful Lake Stay!!!

We had a wonderful few days on Lake Norman in Serenity Now!! It is such a cute lake house with a nice upgraded interior and has everything that you will need for your stay! The lot on the lake is in an awesome location at the end of Brawley School road and the homes on the drive to the home are beautiful!! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We used the kayaks and outdoor grill and rented a boat that was delivered directly to our private dock!! We also used the fire pit at night so we could enjoy a beautiful full moon over the lake!! We will definitely rent this house again the next time we have another Lake Norman vacation!!! We would highly recommend it for 2-4 people!!! It is a cute little home with a gorgeous lot on a wonderful lake!!!

First-timers to NC and a PERFECT end to our summer!

Amazing location and property. While the outside of the home was very "rustic-looking" within the neighborhood it stood, the inside was lovely. It was completely updated on the inside and fully stocked with everything we needed. We relaxed on the Adirondack chairs every morning sipping on our coffee, taking in the views - which were incredible. We sat around the fire pit in the evening/at night. Went boating with a Tritoon for the day from CS Boat Rentals on River Highway, went kayaking with the two kayaks present on site, and even adopted a "pet" frog for the week we affectionately named "Paddle", as he lived inside one of the Kayaks as they hung on the tree (my kids were obsessed and now was a frog - LOL!). Very quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Beautiful homes and friendly people.

Beautiful view and great kitchen

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed with a fantastic kitchen (and I was pleasantly surprised to find dishwashing soap and dishwashing detergent and the like). The view out the back door is amazing and I enjoyed sitting out on the dock (when weather permitted). The beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels and the like for us to utilize. The only disappointing factor was that the couch pieces are not attached so we had some trouble keeping the 'L' shape (which also causes the power strip to unplug). We were also sad to see that we couldnt get football games due to poor reception and that also affected some other downtime; we were able to utilize Netflix most of the time fairly well and overall, the tv is not why we were there. :) We really enjoyed the quiet, as well - except for the mowing & leaf blowing at 9am (2 times in 10 days!). Finally, we were all grateful for the balance of 'stuff' in the house (we found the games towards the end of our stay!) and the openness as well.

Little piece of Heaven

This property is amazing on the inside and the sunrise views are spectacular, well worth getting up early every morning to enjoy from the end of the dock or from the house itself. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to stay in to cook. I so appreciate entering an exceptionally clean rental, it was perfect! If you have ever been to this part of Lake Norman you know it is just an lovely quiet community. This property is just the right size for a two couple or small family to enjoy. Thank you for sharing it!

Amazing Stay

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we absolutely love it. The sunrises and the views from the house are breathtaking. It’s a small gem with so much to offer.
