"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!"

We received a friendly welcome on arrival and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and lounge area. "J’avais utilisé une nuit bonus et payer le complément préalablement je n’aurais du avoir à régler seulement la taxe de séjour À mon arrivée ils m’ont demandé le règlement intégrale en me disant que rien n’était payé Puis dans un deuxième temps je me suis rendu compte j’ai demandé le remboursement parallèlement je devais bénéficier d’un grand lit j’avais des lits jumeaux Il a fallu que je leur signale pour qu’il me change de chambre enfin je devais avoir vue montagne je n’avais la vue rue...

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available.
