The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (king-size bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Several amenities are at your disposal, including high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a smart TV with multilingual streaming services. A sauna (6 seats) is located next to the pool, with a shower and separate toilets, as well as a large 100 m² terrace and a covered area of 70 m². Two private parking spaces and a wood-fired barbecue complete the outdoor facilities. The 70 m² infinity pool uses a gentle treatment (without salt or chlorine) and has counter-current swimming. Public transport is within walking distance. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and pets are not permitted. The apartment is on one level, without steps.
