Staff was friendly. It seemed like the property and our room was under construction. Room wasn’t clean, half coffee cup left in room from who knows when. Bathroom sink wasn’t hooked up properly. Used soaps and lotion from previous stay.

Nice they are doing some painting and maintenance, the pool needs upgrades. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful.

Good location and decent hotel. Got a room right by the noisy elevator. A few of us could not sleep because of that. Screaming kids running up and down the hallway until early morning. Lobby, downstairs hallway and elevator not clean and tidy. The hotel has had some renovations but there was no attention to detail. For example drywall texture overspray on the new light fixture in the bathroom. It's was an okay stay.

This was a last minute staff on Good Friday. It was later around 8:30pm befor we checked in and everything was so quick. The staff at the desk was great, he was so pleasant and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the larger rooms. They were very nice.

My room was filthy and I had to leave and find another hotel. I didn't spend the night there. The front desk clerk could only give me the mngr s email address. I sent an email and pics, but got no response. They wouldn't give me my money back because they needed approval first. I had to borrow money from my sister to get another hotel.

As far as we were able to have a good nights, sleep on the road to Florida. We both decided not to shower at this hotel, thankfully. Bathtub looked distressed. Overall, the facility looked dated and could use some refreshing.

This property is dirty and run down. Room smelled like somebody’s smoked in it. Pulled back bedding and a q tip fell out of the sheets/blankets.

After the mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was very nice. Suite room. Only minor negative was a chair in the room was well past it's prime, or needed a good cleaning. I would stay again.

This hotel needs a good cleaning and lots of repairs. We have stayed multiple times and this was by far the worst. The hair dryer smelled like cigarettes when I turned it on, even though it was non smoking. Walls were gross.

No water means no toilets or showers!!!
Arrived and there was a water break in the valley and no water at any of the hotels or restaurants. Was told water to be restored by 10 pm. Returned at 9:51 p.m. and still no water. Cancelled stay and drove another 30 miles north to get a room. Now I have to get a refund for the prepaid room that I cancelled.
