Brand new condo in the Southside area of Chattanooga. Three levels with bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd levels, kitchen and entertainment on the second level with a sofa pullout queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Full bath on the 1st and 3rd. One reserved parking spot and free parking on the street. Washer/dryer, dishwasher. Fully furnished and well stocked by experienced hosts.

Close, comfortable, clean
The townhouse was in a great location, close to a lot of good food and fun. The place was very clean and comfortable. The set up is a little odd with the front and back doors opening into the downstairs bedroom but it wasn’t a big issue for us. I’d recommend to friends and would stay there again.

New townhouse, great location
The property is very nice and new-well decorated and had everything we needed. The location was great-very centrally located to food and entertainment-The Chattanooga Choo-Choo was a 5 min walk. There were a few negatives about our stay: the master bedroom is EXTREMELY bright-both with outside lights at night, when the sun comes up in the morning, as well as the light on the HVAC unit. All of these factors make it difficult to sleep at night or sleep in. The comforter to the master bed had been left in the washing machine and mildewed, so we didn't have a comforter for our bed. We ended up using blankets we found in the coffee table. The pillows on the master bed were not great, either. As a side note, and this not a negative or positive, but more of a heads-up, the stairwells between each floor are extremly tall-so a lot of stairclimbing between floors. Other than that, our stay was nice and we would recommend to others.

Beautiful condo in great location!
The property was beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, tastful decor - felt just like home. The check in process was rough...never received text with key code and owner never responded to messages or phone. Waited on hold with VRBO for 35 min, they were able to reach owner and we had a code 10 min later. Would have been fine except it was 99 degrees out and we waited for almost an hour past check in. However property was great and made up for it.

This property is absolutely perfect! It has excellent restaurants in walking distance and easy to find. I love that it had it on its own parking spot. The owner was absolutely wonderful! If you guys are thinking about staying in Chattanooga definitely rent this place! It is a perfect place away from home!

Perfect location for main street activities
This was a perfect location to enjoy the 24 on Main activities around the Christmas parade route. Close to all of our downtown restaurants on that end of Chattanooga as we prefer it to the Aquarium and riverfront part but still can walk to those venues if desired. This place is cute as can be and felt brand new!! Very trendy. My only suggestion is to e-mail instructions in addition to the ap. For some reason my iphone VRBO ap wouldn't allow me to click on and open information so I kept having to bug the property manager to find the way in and such. Technology is great until it doesn't work! Book this location, you won't be sorry.

What a beautiful place
My husband and I stayed here with friends for the New Year celebration. The place is gorgeous. Looks professionally decorated and well stocked with everything you might need. The only thing I might warn travelers with is the stairs. They are very steep and a lot of them. My group are all in their 70s and survive them but I could see that in a couple of years, it would be a problem.. Since the main living space is on the second floor (one bedroom on the first) there is no way to avoid them. All you younger people shouldn't have a problem and probably wouldn't think twice about them. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

As pictured, beautiful!
This property is just as shown in the pictures. Clean, well decorated and comfortable. The beds were soft and there were plenty of places in the area to eat. My only issue is that I wish they would put some sort of window coverings on the one window by the kitchen and the one window by the upstairs bathroom especially. It would give a lot more privacy. The one upstairs is right next to the bathroom and it leaves nothing to the imagination if you don’t go in and out of the bathroom fully covered.

Great location for dinner and Lookout Mountain!
Two couples stayed over the course of a long weekend. We could walk to so many awesome local restaurants. Many coffee shops surrounded us. It was an easy, short drive to attractions. Wifi was great, beds were super comfy.

Friends weekend get-away
We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was close to south side downtown Chattanooga and close to the electric bus( although we didn’t use it). The place was clean, and decorated quite nicely. Beds were comfortable. The microwave didn’t work but the owner notified us prior to our arrival and even offered to go buy one for us if we were going to need it. The air conditioner was leaking profusely ( but it was cooking) &the owner tried to get it fixed but was only able to get in a wait list. It was a bit noisy from the dripping into the pans and wastebasket for the 2 sleeping in that room. One of those things that could t be corrected. Overall the place was very nice, great location to restaurants and we would definitely stay again.
