Really good experience in general. But service on board was outstanding. The girls serving food and drinks were super professional and nice!

Although the flight itself was fine, the transfer in Moscow was unacceptable. Even though passengers didn't leave the airport it was required that we go through "passport control" and a security screening. While I realize that every airport has their protocol I don't ever recall it being this unorganized. The "passport control" wasn't really passport control. They look at your boarding pass and passport but don't put your passport through any kind of background check. Then you move onto security screening. No line was formed, it was just a blob of people. Mind-blowing. I've never seen anything so unorganized. It took me almost 40-45 minutes to get through security in this most disconnected ordeal. When I finally got through I saw someone from Aeroflot at an Aeroflot desk and asked him if I would make my flight, which was leaving in 20 minutes. He stated, "you have 10 minutes but you will have to run. And it's gate 57 all the way at the end." Are you kidding me? So I ran with a backpack through the Moscow airport with a backpack for 10 minutes straight. Not only was it embarrassing but when I arrived at the gate and explained my situation not one Aeroflot gate agent had any compassion or understanding that I literally ran for 10 minutes through the airport. Whatever happened to customer service? Disappointing. The least that they could have said was, "Yes, we know that this is a problem. It's beyond our control and it was not ideal. But we're glad that you made your flight. We need to let the administration of the airport know about this problem." I was sweating, breathing heavy and exhausted. Due to this situation, I will never fly Aeroflot with a transfer in Moscow. It was stressful and degrading. No one should ever have to run through an airport to make their flight because the administration of the airport does not know how to administer a line and be organized for their passengers. I know that there were other passengers in this situation on different flights and it was just as stressful for them.

Why let people on with more than cabin allowances. Too many have too much. Start enforcing 10kg/size limits
