The Space:

The spacious dining room seats 8, and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a microwave and toaster to a coffee bar with both a regular coffee machine and Keurig—bring your favorite K-cups!

The house is on a small private road. PLEASE DRIVE VERY SLOW (~5 mph) when passing other houses on that road.
