“The Holiday Inn Express Pittsfield-Lenox is a new (opened 10/25) lower cost hotel in the heart of the Berkshires, close to Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Company, The Berkshire Stage and most of the art and culture opportunities offered by the Berkshires. It is clean, the complementary hot breakfast is better than most, and the staff courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return.”

“Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.”

“This place was a gem. It’s small and surrounded by nature but close to restaurants, shopping, wildlife viewing areas, and historical sites. I loved that pets are free. The grounds were nice with a picnic bench and a large fire pit. If I’m in the area again, I would definitely stay here.”

“The phone, shower head and amenities were lacking. Except for the gentleman who check me in (Steve) I really didn't see anyone else. He seemed to be working there 24 hours. The lampshades on the bed lamps were broken and gerry rigged to stay on . The phone was broken and the shower head dribbled until I fixed it myself. For the price I paid, over a thousand dollars for 2 nights...I expected better..”
