Excellent location. Clean, modern building. Heaters worked well. Responsive, friendly staff. Hot water was only luke warm - not great for showering in the winter.

All the hotel staff were excellent - my Spanish is not great, but they were all patient with amy attempts and many spoke English better than me, so no problem.
Hotel was lovely, exceptionally clean and calm. I didnt eat in the hotel (personal choice), but the menus looked great!
Room was upgraded on arrival from a twin to a king - room facilities were great too.
Hotel is right on the largest plaza, great for all the shops, bars and transport too.

Our room lacked upscale amenities. The shower bath combination was old and inefficient. It took a longtime to get hot water and was dangerous to use. The location of the room was over the dining room and always smelt like food. They say the rooms are sound proof and the noise from downstairs was always present. I would not recommend getting the Master 1 room, We were very unhappy. Sofi The girl who took care of almost everything was incredibly pleasant and kind and made our stay along with the rest of the staff a positive experience. Thank you 🙏
