We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful.

Property in general looks beat-up. Staff not particularly attentive. Beds were lacking, blankets thin, my room was dirty, air conditioner slow and produced wet air. Dingy lighting in the bathroom. Dated television with bad resolution. It was a large room but I would stay in a nicer hotel next time.

Stayed here before, a number of years ago and it was clean then. Booked a different hotel and it was not clean, so rebooked the Hyatt again and it was still clean! It’s definitely a favorite.

Halls are extremely loud/rowdy. I was woken up at 11:30pm, 1am, 3:30am, and 5am by shouting in the halls. Room was clean, staff was okay. Overall it was fine because I didn’t have my kids with me that were being woken up, just me.

Mariela was so great, helpful, and nice! She helped us check-in quickly. She was very quick to know the room accommodations. She was busy all night helping people check-in as well as being the bartender, but I never seen her without a smile & she kept her positive attitude & helpfulness! Also, the breakfast, much to our surprise, was so good. We did not expect breakfast tacos to be served, but the breakfast taco bar was so good. A breakfast taco bar should always be what’s served here, I would definitely choose this hotel over any other strictly for Mariela & those breakfast tacos! Compliments to the chef & whoever made that breakfast menu- it was perfect!

Our stay was unplanned, and we booked at the last minute via the Expedia app. We stayed in double bed suite- it was very clean and well kept. It was an updated room and anything we had forgotten was covered by the front desk. We were able to order pizza delivery from a local place and have it delivered to the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and kind. We did have the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning and it was hot and fresh.

We liked that we had a hot breakfast with other choices and that we could bring our dogs. The room was nice too, with a couch to sit on and watch tv instead of sitting on the bed. Nice little fridge and sink by the fridge. We have stayed here before and have returned. Will come back next year too. There was a pool and hot tub, but we forgot to bring swim trunks to enjoy them.

There was vomit in front of the front door when we arrived, and the man that checked us in gave me a werid look when he asked if we needed two keys and I said just one. The pool seriously needs to be cleaned, you can smell the chlorine way far away from the pool. The room was clean, no bed bugs, just some dust. The housekeeper lady was so nice, and the guy that checked us out. Breakfast was good, I asked the cook if the bacon was turkey and she said yes, something like that. It could have been a language barrier. At check in, he said they will charge your card 100 for incidentals, I was charged 92.49 for it.

It was a nice friendly place with good breakfast and accommodations. I was just surprised by the price for a dog - it is very high, as far as I'm concerned. I was going because of a family emergency, so I missed this: "For guests staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered." I realize that this is my mistake, but still, it's pretty steep.

It was a get away for a concert. The room was very clean and comfortable bathe hotel was busy but no no outside noise to bother us in any way. Staff very friendly. Libby was very nice. Christmas decorations were tasteful. Very nice visit. Would definitely stay again
