30 to 1 hr away from the city but the place is quiet and safe. Some restaurants around. The hotel smells good and looks clean. Need some improvements on breakfast options. Overall satisfactory stay

Really nice location. Quiet inside and out. Beds aren't the most comfortable but the rooms are very clean.

Property is clean and quiet, perfect distance from city and close to many shopping and dining places. Staff is really friendly and profesional. Will definitely stay there when visiting Chicago.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and great amenities for the price point. Bed was comfy, room was large, workout room was small but well equipped and clean, and good breakfast. Well above other hotels in same price category.

Stayed one night after the arrival from oversea flight because it was not very far from the airport. Staff was nice, place was clean. Breakfast offered very few selections but ok.

The moment I stepped off the elevator and saw the old, nasty carpet and peeling wallpaper, I knew my room wouldn't be much better. The room had really old, damaged, chipped furniture, a very thin curtain with no blackout curtain, and the sink and toilet must have been for a child they were so low to the ground. You get what you pay for, but never again. Yuk.

The staff was so nice, we couldn’t check into our original hotel because of miscommunication and it was so easy to check in here. They let us check in early and it was clean and nice. The staff was so welcoming.

The nicest staff I’ve encountered in years. Maybe I’m just grumpy? However, I feel like standard politeness is really hard to come by lately. Everyone here was cheerful and seemed thankful that you gave them your business. For the price, cleanliness, and the staff I think it’s hard to beat this hotel.

I frequent this property often and I have never been let down. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and the whole property smells clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. The desk clerk is always pleasant.

The only issue that I had was the water flow in the shower was awful. Other than that, the people were wonderful, the breakfast was amazing, and the air conditioner worked. I would definitely return and recommend the place to others.

Very friendly staff. I like that coffee and tea are available 24 hrs a day, and it’s good coffee. The facility was clean indoors and out. A little too much scent in the lobby, but it was pleasant. Thank you!

Exquisite lobby. Upscale toiletries. Good breakfast. Refrigerator in the room was dysfunctional and tiny. No microwave in the room and I didn't see any at the hotel. Staff were very courteous. Room was clean and quiet with a decent view on the 4th floor.
