Hey Richard. This is Eric. I was the person last night from Studio 424 with my brother. I just read your review and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your uncomfortable experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable, and we want to ensure a better stay for you and other guests in the future. This prompts us to know install the Nest thermostat and keep an eye on the temperature as well as leaving a sign up for other guests not to touch it. Thank you again. We are around 24 hours a day so this was an easy fix. We are a small guest house and strive to provide a safe and pleasurable stay for our guests. Thank you again for booking with us.
