It's a hostel. One shared bathroom between 4 rooms. Small bedrooms. But really all you need. The steps to get in are very steep. Cleaning crew did a great job keeping towels and toilet paper stocked. They cleaned the common areas daily. Location was walkable and safe with lots of food options nearby. Kitchen was nice. We had an issue with our code working when we arrived due to daylight savings time changing and they answered the phone and took care of things for us. Felt like they genuinely wanted us to have a good stay without problems. Not disappointed in our choice to stay here.

Spent the night after a concert. Perfect for what I needed. Bathroom was clean. Shower had great water pressure. Kitchen is clean with all the amenities. Kuereg as well. Room was clean and just what I needed after a concert. A place to crash. Walking distance to great food and shops in the wicker park neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Walkable to the salt shed where I saw porno for pyros. Great concert!

Me and my friends had a great time at this place. The only downside were that we were never told that the main room in studio 424 was under construction. We were excited to hang out in there and relax before our concert. The smoke alarm was going off from the minute we got in there till the time we left. Lastly when we got back from our concert both the front and back doors were locked and our codes were not working, if someone did not answer our call I am not sure what we would have done.
