"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

"It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us! "

"One of the best hotels of our trip in Chile. The property is really well located, close to the seaside / port, sights, dining options. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good (but without fresh vegetables - not surprising in Punta Arenas though), we really liked the dining area. We considered Cabo de Hornos and Hotel José Nogueira for our stay in Punta Arenas - after visiting José Nogueira for dinner and drinks, were we glad we chose Cabo de Hornos in the end (nicer atmosphere, better food for dinner). Two additional notes, but neither was a major issue: parking can be a hit or miss (there might be no places left that belong to the hotel), there was a constant generator noise hearable in our room which would be an issue for light sleepers."

The building is impressive, the spaces are well-lit, comfortable, facilities are good, staff is super-helpful, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious. The views are great, short walking distance into town; and you are the doorstep of Torres del Paine! "

"Great spot to stay near Torres del Paine. Service was excellent and very accommodating to our schedule. Room was cleaned daily. Showers had hot water. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! "
